– Analyze user requirements to improve encounter Accountable Care Organization (ACO) data and elicit business requirements on healthcare members, providers and claims data.

- Perform complex data analysis, gap analysis, determine appropriate data elements to use for reporting on measures for healthcare utilization and translates business needs into Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence solutions Map source system data to data warehouse models.

- Prepare data conversions and ETL logic.

- Develop SQL queries for data discovery and validate data extracts as per business requirements.
